Loadstar Main updated

The menuing system has been improved, with progress bars displayed in menus and the text viewer. A number of errors in the data file have been corrected (LSQ128 issues should load now). The TTF remake of the Loadstar Presenter font has had a minor correction (the lowercase G didn't have a proper descender). Some more highlights have been added. There's a new game author collection. And there's been assorted other changes.

Oh! And Dave Moorman, the last editor of Loadstar, has contributed a new introduction!
