More fixes

Changes for 0.24:

- Some programs on LS #15 didn't have their documentation or executables listed. Should be fixed now.

- Bouncing Kamungas (LS039) wasn't working. It's technically fixed now, but it's a big pain to run. See notes on the "runnable" in the menu. (This is a bit misstated. Due to some infrastructure changes, it'll now load properly, it just takes two minutes to load, due to copy protection that requires True Drive Emulation to churn through.)

- Expedition Amazon (LS043) wasn't working, but fortunately it's a lot simpler to bypass its disk check and start it directly. Its starting file is "HELLO". Note that at least some of Expedition Amazon is written in BASIC, so watch the ESC (Run/Stop) key! I notice that the disk, as it comes, has two expeditions already in progress.

- UpTime issues 13-17 weren't working at all. They are now. They include a built-in fast loader that means they'll only work with True Drive Emulation turned on. They also need the emulated machine to be a NTSC C64, something that doesn't seem to be true with anything else I've tested in the package so far.

- We now include our own configuration file for VICE, in vicerc.ini, and use that. Sadly this will ignore any customizations you've done and may want to use, but it helps us maintain more consistency in emulation. It should be okay to overwrite it with your own customizations if you choose.
