Fixed LSQ #1

It turns out there was an error in the d81 version of Loadstar Quarterly 128 issue #1. The error appears to be in other sources for the file, both online and in the archives on the original CD. I figured out a way to correct the issue and make it bootable again. LSQ#1 on d81 may not be byte-perfect with the published disk, but it boots and seems to work now, and that's my primary objective.

Along these lines, I've heard that the d81 disk images from 72 to somewhere in the mid 100 range have broken GEOS files, possibly due to a non-GEOS-aware copier being used to transfer them. Earlier GEOS-file-bearing issues, from around the 40s to 72, were also broken, but I uploaded fixed versions of those in the last update.
